A Lifelong Dedication to Artistry
For over 40 years, Irvin’s has been a name discriminating buyers and designers trust for rusticchic lighting. Irvin’s Tinware was conceived in 1960 when 16-year-old craftsman, Irvin Hoover, was encouraged by a local merchant to reproduce an antique tin-pierced lantern. Well known in the community for his handmade birdhouses, young Irvin fashioned his first lantern from an old stovepipe, a style that quickly became popular throughout the community. As the business grew, Irvin expanded upon his handcrafted tinware and opene Irvin’s Craft Shop, which would later become today’s Irvin’s Tinware.
